Thank You. Very reasonable price, everything was there including the booklet. Wow, this cd was in very good condition. Looked like i bought it from the store. i will always buy something from Amazon.
Needless to say singing about love and lust will never get old, especially if the notes are being caressed by none other than the first son of "Neo- Soul": Maxwell. It has songs "Like Lovers Only", "Silently", and "Woman's Work" that can tide you over for years. This CD is a magical one that articulately shows the highs and lows and mids that a man has come through. While "Get to know ya" reminds you of the matrimony that took place in his first album. Maxwell. There are lots of words to describe him: Long Awaited, Timeless, Ready, and Sincere Rich Love Music at its Best. "Temporary Night" is that staple Maxwell song, that makes women want a little time with him on the side or otherwise.
NEOSOUL06 All I can say is, he put on a great show. I went to his concert when he came to town. Maxwell may have took a break for a couple of years but I am here to say, (and you know how I do it) he is still getting major rotation in the ride. I've had this cd for quite some time and I know, it's been reviewed a whole lot. I wanted to say, I enjoyed this cd when it first came out but, I have a whole new appreciation for Maxwell. He did most of his old music and did a "trial and error" with his new music.
Maxwell will make you fall in love.(with him):-) He is very open to expressing the feelings men go through, not hiding anything. The best music out today, closest artist we'll ever get to Marvin Gaye.
I absolutely loooove Maxwell. What can I say other than this CD made me fall in love all over again.
